AM-- weights and 15 mins
PM-- The amazing 1600! This was actually a really fun race!! I know I can definately go faster and I'm excited to get some PRs af. We all did a good job of staying with each other and pacing. The 1500m visualization thing works wonders btw 10/10 would reccomend. Evan was like, "wow I don't feel tired" and I agree we should've killed ourselves more.
Also ran a 400m at 60 secs flat. (coach said if I broke 1 min he'd put me in the 800....... so yeah)
