Running helps maintain emotional, physical, and emotional health and lets me feel the Spirit quite often. This is what I have so far from my hard work.

6x1min(3@Tempo, 3@Thresh), 2x(5x30sec @CV), 6x1min(3@Thresh, 3@Tempo) equal rec w/ lap betw sets; 10 warm/cool to time. This workout is diffrent for sure but hey i like it it's fun!
Had to run on my own cause of drivers ed instructor hours after shoool. The ladies nice but I was bored out of my MIND. There was a latino guy in the car with me who'd always pop the hood so the instructor kept having to go out and close it. His name is Edwin and it was pretty great ;D
