AM-- 80 min lonely solo run

This morning was very long. I woke up at precisely 5:30 and shed one tear. I got my run in at a good pace but I went a little crazy. Running with the team is soooooo much easier.... Brockman scared the crap out of me when I started my run though. When I headed out from the high school I couldn't see him cause he was dressed in all black (brockman style) and he was super close when I noticed him.

Man it is 68% toastier than I'd like it to be. Great meeting before though. Sorry about going to bed late coach..... I won't sacrifice the gift

Kinda flipped my lid this morning cause for some reason I thought we had another 5:30 run. But it was good cause we had weights instead    d:

A beautiful workout on the track. 4*1200m at CV pace. My legs felt good and I made sure to push myself. Brought my fat water jug to school today and stayed sooooo hydrated. I'm going to make that a habit. Pretty stoked for PV invite this weekend

Am-- Did 25 in the morning and some epic Yoga it felt greaaat.

Pm-- 20 mins Pretty exhausted from standing in the sun all day. I totally forgot some striders..);  Totally lame but I hope running back and forth cheering our guys on counts... Pretty stoked for the 3200 tomorrow!

Where to start? I had a pretty good race and I'm definately on my way to some serious improvement. I was kind of on my own this time but I'm starting to get used to the pain associated with track races again. I really want to run it again because I know I can do better. Especially with some PV dudes to help me get going. Shoutout to all the beasts who state qualified already! Also, the weather was fantastic I hope I run in that again...

I'm gonna be honest I did not go a full 70 mins today... I only had a total of about 45 actually. Someone slap me.
