Woke up eaarrrrrrly and took off on a long solo run. This one was kind of difficult at the beginning because my stomach was really upset. I just didn't have enough water the night before and I think I was really hungry. But after the 25 min mark I got my rear in gear and did my pickups well. I had to practice form hard though because I was pretty pooped towards the end.
