Running helps maintain emotional, physical, and emotional health and lets me feel the Spirit quite often. This is what I have so far from my hard work.

We met up in Evan's hood today for our Fri run. Ran on the Half Marathon course. Brought back some dope memories.
My sleep game is suffering gonna get to bed xtra early for some fresh running.
