Running helps maintain emotional, physical, and emotional health and lets me feel the Spirit quite often. This is what I have so far from my hard work.

Lost my watch so I can't keep accurate records ); But this tempo was great. Enjoyed the group I was in! I think we were a little over the place but overall pretty solid.
