I love workouts in the morning to be honest. They usually flow smoothly and it's a great way to start the day.
warm up=10 plus 5 tempo pace. 2x1200 & 2x(2x400, 600) all at CV. Cool down after.

25 mins after shool and watched a bit of the soccer game. Soccer's an epic sport. Not quite as epic as running though but it's up there.
