Epic track workout in the morning! Great way to start the day I must say. I was a little off on my times I think (wayy fast) but idk I felt fine during so I didn't mind too much.
AM-- 4*1000m, 400m, 600m @CV pace of radicalness 65 mins total
PM-- 25 mins of hiking up and down our fam's property in Enterprise whacking cows with a stick. I'm exhausted. I'm not sure if this counts as a run but I'm sooo tired haha.
