Running helps maintain emotional, physical, and emotional health and lets me feel the Spirit quite often. This is what I have so far from my hard work.

Beast morning run with my fave team eva! It was cool just to go adventure mode and try somewhere new for once haha. The hill workout was solid and a lot of the crew was there. Getting out of this running funk I've been in by just doing my best and most importantly having a good time. It's been pretty easy for me to be hard on myself due to the fact that we get super intense and serious in some of our meetings. It's not a good place to be if you're stressed all the time so I'm just gonna have fun while I still give my all.

AM---- did my morning run feeling pretty snazzy. It went by quick. 25 mins

PM----- Warmed up for days checking out the course and to kill some time before our race. This course is overall very fast and pretty fun. This race was the first time I.......................wait for it.................epic drum roll..................DIDN'T PUKE. #blessed. Grateful to all those people that led me to this point and I won't dissappoint you guys. Although I was entirely winded at the end of the race I felt significant improvement. Now I just need to figure out what to do the times I usually barfed...

AM-- 25 mins of amazin running like alwaes. My keester es soer. nom. Yoga es der baum. Stretching was nice and chill. Had an amazing effect on my muscles. Unlike Coache's str8 fire towards Miles and Jose. RIP Jose's crops. Too bad coach is right. 5th graders gonna be crying 2nite

PM--- Workout of 15 mins of tempo (6:15 progressing towards 5:30)

Coach literally blew my mind today. I had a little bit of a rough workout that mirrored my race on Wednesday. Like I fought hard and I'm proud of what I did do, but like coach was saying, I needed to embrace running and be more of a part of it (rather than fighting against the essence). This seriously changed my perspective of how I viewed running just in a short amount of time. Mostly because I focus on the pain and how to battle it instead of accepting pain and being part of the amazingness of the sport. I was surprised when the first thing he said was that I needed to relax my form because running is a form and it's beautiful. Grateful for a ultra wise ultra runner for un coache. #harmonious. Can't ever forget why I actually love running. #blest #Jose'sCrops2k17
