This run was loco. I was pretty sick the night before but I tried to tough it out and stuff.... ya that didn't work. I had to take the lower minutes of this long run and go home. I still got our pick up thingies in as best as I could!

This run was mostly grass! Ran through the sprinklers because we never cut corners. Never. Also, kids club was awesome like always! Last one tho I'm slightly sad...

30 mins of grass.

also had weights in the afternoon w/ some running after

What a day, what a day. I'm definately going to improve upon this time but I'm really happy about this race! In all honesty, I get real freaked out before racing (especially if I haven't done one in a while...) but after just going for it and having a great time I remembered how much I love it. I have a lot more confidence in my abilities now and I'm flippin stoked for this year. It was cool to see everyone hyped up about the race and our season.
