Hahaha back at it again fools! I'm back from the beach and ready to kick trash. Speaking of trash kicking, today's run was epic. I have to admit, I was a little edgy about running longer minutes. But honestly it was no porblehm. Our dirt mile tempo thingy went really well and there were some exciting vibes

Road/Grass run today and I battled sprinklers like a champ. Also, never cut a single corner cause I'm not a noob. (Also, distance might be a little shabby because I'm in the process of recovering my lost watch)

40 mins including striders. (20 road/20 grass)

Also, Kids Club was a riot. Plus weights in the afternoon and this day was the bomb.

Had a cewl run up towards whatever trail (i get the all mixed up. I think it's Grapevine...?). Anyways, during this run I realized that this season's gonna take some guts for me to reach my goals (I wouldn't want it any other way). And honestly I'm stoked to see how my/everyone's hard work will pay off. It'll be legendary.

Also, I never realized how amazing stretching is.

Woke up eaarrrrrrly and took off on a long solo run. This one was kind of difficult at the beginning because my stomach was really upset. I just didn't have enough water the night before and I think I was really hungry. But after the 25 min mark I got my rear in gear and did my pickups well. I had to practice form hard though because I was pretty pooped towards the end.

70 mins total w/ 2*(1min + 1min + 2min)      5 mins recov. in between sets.

Got some rest on the way to youth conference

Our XC crew up at snow college has to wake up at 5:45 to get ready and go running at 6. This is a problem since you don't get back to your dorm until around midnight. But hey it's cool who needs sleep.

Had to wear some old bogus running shoes because I forgot most of my stuff.

Yuuuup. I'm dead right now. Grateful for Youth Conference but so glad I'm home. This way I can relax and recover. Also, went and partied like an animal last night at the dance. No one went as hard as me. No one.

In the morning Logan, Ethan Ashby, and myself took off on a road. We didn't realize till about a mile in that the whole thing was a gradual uphill. I'm not complaining about it but my calves were shot after mile 2 haha. It's cool I probs needed it anyway. 

50 mins at 2 mins slower than 5k pace

Also, I'm going to burn my old running shoes because the mileage for this run was 6.66

I wish I got more sleep last night... I was battling cockroaches and there was some freaky deaky crap going on outside my window around 10:00

At any rate, this run was stellar! I had a blast even though I got my butt whooped. Still, I had lots of juice this run. It felt great because even though my legs were getting tired, I could always find more energy to keep up just fine. I felt way better after I puked after Hell Hole (yeah I know it's gross) and after that I didn't have to worry about anything other than running. This was awesome cause usually I have some kind of gut problem.

Man restarting on the strict sleep stuff. Also, this run today was pretty tiring not gonna lie. When we have just normal runs I almost get bored haha. I like pickups, hills, and that kinda stuff. I still love to run tho.

Yup. I only had 3 hours of sleep. Long story short, I went camping but the wind messed up our little sleeping bag camp with a whole lot of problems and sand in my face. Not a proud moment for my sleep schedule.

K, I know lack of sleep is dangerous and stupid but I still crushed this run on just 3 hrs last night. Anywho, it was up at Red Cliffs Desert Reserve (I think that's waht it's called). Carson, me, and Colton all did beast.

Man! This was a great run. I was a little iffy at the first, but after a while I was in the zone. Serioiusly. In the zone. Like, I was becoming a little tired but then after a few pick-ups my whole body just kind of relaxed. After that I was just chilling with some homies on a run. I didn't need to fight much anymore because it became easier.

Whew... well I've been 100% out of it for the past 2 days. Being sick was soooooo much fun. Anyways, just gettin back into it. Trying not to explode my guts too. For today I just ran the opposite way on dirt mile. Dang, something about our crew kicking up dust in the desert is just so beast to watch. Even more to do it tho... );
