Weights and fifteen this morning. 

Also, had the 1500 time trial that whooped me good. I'm pretty sure 4:36 time is right...

but anyways, had a great pep talk from coach to me and Nathan and got my sights set on some amazingness in the very near future. Gotta whip my butt into shape and get to sleep earlier even still.

Honestly pretty glad the decathalon is over so I can get home a bit earlier. Throwing jav and disc is really fun but I think I'm just gonna focus on running hard like always. My sprints need some work too haha. Feeling surprisingly good after our race yesterday wishing I would've pushed some more...

Gonna party at J's house today and build some sweet minecraft houses ;D

Anyways had a sweet run and tempo with Colton, Carson, and Dr. J. Running hard clears my head it's amazing. Held our paces and had a solid workout too

K I went to bed at a good time but I couldn't sleep well and my flipping alarm clock went off at like 1 o clock... But the 85 Mins went well! Great way to start the day. 10/10 for sure. Felt a tad chilly but it was toootally refreshing. And the sunrise was amaaaaaaazing

Also got some new shoes but are the exact same as my old ones (so are they really new...?)

25 in the afternoon and SAW A CAR CRASH. Was really sketchy. But I'm glad I wasn't in it and I will never text and drive in my life.

I love workouts in the morning to be honest. They usually flow smoothly and it's a great way to start the day.

warm up=10 plus 5 tempo pace.  2x1200 & 2x(2x400, 600) all at CV.  Cool down after.

60 mins total

25 mins after shool and watched a bit of the soccer game. Soccer's an epic sport. Not quite as epic as running though but it's up there.

6:15 AM went to shool for a 25 minute run. Last day before spring breeeeaaak!

When we got out of school, headed home to get some snacks and my epic bluetooth speaker, then drove to SC to yell my face off. Pretty stoked for all those that killed it today!! Tad nervous for the 3200 but hey what the heck. Ugh seeing the track during our racing season always gives me race jitters and makes me wanna run.

Did 50 mins around Snow Canyon Land. Every time I go by myself I flip out and go way faster tho. But I fixed a kids bike this run. Blessings.

Well. This race was something else. I'm not too upset by it but I had quite a few mistakes in this one. I know it's our fisrt race and stuff but I SOOO could've done better. Between sleep and water and diet this week I'm probably a 7/10. And that's about all the effort I gave on this race (which is a big problem). I was overall exhausted and wasn't in the right mindset (heck i even lost track of what lap I was on). This time's gonna improve dramatically. No doubt. PV invite is up next and I'm totally ready

Epic track workout in the morning! Great way to start the day I must say. I was a little off on my times I think (wayy fast) but idk I felt fine during so I didn't mind too much.

AM--  4*1000m, 400m, 600m    @CV pace of radicalness  65 mins total

PM-- 25 mins of hiking up and down our fam's property in Enterprise whacking cows with a stick. I'm exhausted. I'm not sure if this counts as a run but I'm sooo tired haha.

AM---hill workout with Dr. J and Evan. rip to Evan's life though cause he almost threw up this run. But Julien and I a great workout! Solid run too I felt great! (Tried out an ice bath for the first time yesterday and I think that's why!)

My watch is acting nuts and it makes keeping track of runs really annoying sorry these posts are quite late ); But had a legendary sleepover with Evan and Julien and got nooooo sleep. We played box and watched dank meme videos. An excellent use of time. We also went Ghost hunting last night but it completely sucked. Miles and some Dhills chicks hung with us for a while and the Ghost hunting app did nothing so we were just hiking around the desert for no reason. Purty fun though. Had to take naps today to catch up. My 8+ hours of sleep goal was not met today...

AM-- 80 min lonely solo run

This morning was very long. I woke up at precisely 5:30 and shed one tear. I got my run in at a good pace but I went a little crazy. Running with the team is soooooo much easier.... Brockman scared the crap out of me when I started my run though. When I headed out from the high school I couldn't see him cause he was dressed in all black (brockman style) and he was super close when I noticed him.

Where to start? I had a pretty good race and I'm definately on my way to some serious improvement. I was kind of on my own this time but I'm starting to get used to the pain associated with track races again. I really want to run it again because I know I can do better. Especially with some PV dudes to help me get going. Shoutout to all the beasts who state qualified already! Also, the weather was fantastic I hope I run in that again...

I'm gonna be honest I did not go a full 70 mins today... I only had a total of about 45 actually. Someone slap me.

PM-- The amazing 1600! This was actually a really fun race!! I know I can definately go faster and I'm excited to get some PRs af. We all did a good job of staying with each other and pacing. The 1500m visualization thing works wonders btw 10/10 would reccomend. Evan was like, "wow I don't feel tired" and I agree we should've killed ourselves more.

Also ran a 400m at 60 secs flat. (coach said if I broke 1 min he'd put me in the 800....... so yeah)

PM--- Went on a completely random run in Hurricane and found a canyon to explore. I felt like I was on a legendary journey it was sooooo fun. There were caves and cliffs and such. Saw bambi not once, but twice.
