Had to run on my own cause of drivers ed instructor hours after shoool. The ladies nice but I was bored out of my MIND. There was a latino guy in the car with me who'd always pop the hood so the instructor kept having to go out and close it. His name is Edwin and it was pretty great ;D

Had more driving after school... Got my 45 mins in though (late at night cause my mom forgot to wake me up...) Man I'm getting sick of no sleep it's wrecking my concentration. Will get more tomorrow.

Man what a beast day! This training business is tough in wind/rain/cold. Had an insane tempo this time (insane as in why am I doing this owww) with 25 mins at a solid pace (1:35/1:37-ish per 400). Mostly hurt because of:

a) Running hard

b) Headache

c) Gnarly sickness

Yeah I was wiped OUT. Came home with a really bad fever (103 degrees plus major fatigue) and fell right to sleep. Mom says no shoool or running tomorrow... Sorry fams.

Also, pretty new to this fastrunningblog biznatch so if there's anything I need to improve please let me know. Roasts are accepted but not encouraged.

Did weights and morning run today!!

Had a great time on my first legit run after being wiped out with sickness hardcore.

It was pretty fun the desert trails are always the best to run. Was kinda pooped though it was a bit of a bummer. But hey looking to be back at it!

Man i need to keep better records of distance on track workouts..

Was really good though tag teamed with Colton and sometimes Alex and had a great tempo. I freaking could not stop coughing for the life of me though it was super annoying.

Went on a run with pickups 1-2-1-3-1-3 but had to cut it short cause I was NOT feeling well. Fun fact though hit the bano and felt pretty much better. So that's a relief. My legs are pretty tired so gonna roll tonight.

Early run in the morning + weights. 

Had a legendary trail run around Mustang Pass! On the way back I so wish I had a camera though! The light hit the crew so awesome from the back and the dust just made us look like such beasts. My legs have been a little tired lately cause of my stupid left knee. Gonna roll mah quads and get this thing back in shape!
