Man restarting on the strict sleep stuff. Also, this run today was pretty tiring not gonna lie. When we have just normal runs I almost get bored haha. I like pickups, hills, and that kinda stuff. I still love to run tho.

A little tired today but not too bad! Twas a great time at kids club even though it was blazing.

I wish I got more sleep last night... I was battling cockroaches and there was some freaky deaky crap going on outside my window around 10:00

At any rate, this run was stellar! I had a blast even though I got my butt whooped. Still, I had lots of juice this run. It felt great because even though my legs were getting tired, I could always find more energy to keep up just fine. I felt way better after I puked after Hell Hole (yeah I know it's gross) and after that I didn't have to worry about anything other than running. This was awesome cause usually I have some kind of gut problem.
