Man today was slightly more lame not gonna lie. Around 20 mins in our tempo I hit a WALL. idk waht it was but I'm just going to be more careful with my body. Most likely not enough water and/or sleep. Next goal to work on is definately gonna be establishing healthy habits. Ran a solid 60 mins tho. Also went to Mongolian BBQ same night. Their noodles are seriously the best. (Coach these ones are healthy with veggie and meat stuffs and actual dough. Not pop tart cancer ramen I promise)
